If children engage in work they do not like, it will reflect in the quality. Based on the elaborate discussion in the paragraphs above, we can conclude that although lending a hand for social work can make the youngsters empathetic and socially responsible, children are already weighed down by their academic syllabus and hence they should be motivated to participate in other activities rather than working for free.
